Maintenance Support: We can provide 24 hours 7 days a week technical support to its client. And Preventive Maintenance checkup is scheduled monthly and quarterly upon in Maintenance Agreement. For services On- Call dedicated hotline and Cellphone numbers that we provide to our customer. 

Service Call. A qualified Service Technician and Engineers shall be available within 2 hours upon notification of Service call within Metro Manila. However Micro Digital sets 24 hours response time in Out Of Town in servicing. 
Our Engineer shall provide a copy of Customer Service Report to our customer recommendation for any replacement parts or other consumable items. 

Warranty: .Provides a warranty for all units under repair parts and services.
